Moral of the story? If we waited until there was time, until there were perfect circumstances, I’m pretty sure we’d never get a workout done!

The exercises are:
Push ups
Glute bridge
Scap flutters
Fire hydrant (30 seconds each side)
Single leg knee lift hold
