Postpartum Friendly Workout from Home

Well, if this video doesn’t sum up #mumlife, I don’t know what does!

- Mum fitting in a quick 15 minute workout in her living room
- Toddler hanging off her every move
- Dog hanging around in case she’s got food
- Washing line full and ready to be folded

Moral of the story? If we waited until there was time, until there were perfect circumstances, I’m pretty sure we’d never get a workout done!

Here’s my workout from today, if you want to play along at home.



1 minute on each exercise.
3 rounds through.
No rest in between each round (unless needed).

The exercises are:
Push ups
Glute bridge
Scap flutters
Fire hydrant (30 seconds each side)
Single leg knee lift hold
