Recipe of the Week: Mediterranean Frittata
Tuesday, July 05, 2016 | By Rachael Archer
If you're looking for a super easy brekky recipe, look no further than a frittata.
It's full of protein, and you can add pretty much any filling that you want.
We got 3 days worth of breakfasts (for 2 of us - with a side salad) from this recipe, and we had some pretty early mornings, so having something in the fridge ready to go was so helpful.

Recipe of the Week: Tasty Chicken Soup
Friday, June 17, 2016 | By Rachael Archer
The thing I love most about winter is the food.
Soups, stews and roasts - makes all that cold weather (almost) bearable!
This soup is the easiest I've ever made and it tastes great, too. I can make it in under 15 minutes and I know that I'll have meals for days.

That's where the slow cooker comes in. This recipe is so easy because all you need to do is throw your meat in, add your flavour and leave it for a few hours.
Doesn't get much easier than that!

Ever get a craving for garlic bread?
Well, over the weekend, I had one. It was cool and a little rainy, and I just felt like some tasty, crusty, warm, garlic bread.
So I went searching for an alternative, because while I felt like the taste of the garlic bread, I didn't feel like the oil and fat of the traditional stuff.
And I'm happy to say that I found something that tastes gre
