Chicken is a favourite in our household, mainly because of it's versatility!
You can just do so much with it.
This week's recipe uses chicken breast - it's lean, and when cooked correctly can be incredibly tender and juicy.
Here's my recipe for sweet paprika chicken!

Ingredients:
6 x chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

Method:
Preheat oven to 220 deg.
Place chicken breast in a large baking dish and brush with olive oil on all sides.
In a separate bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder, then sprinkle over the chicken breast.
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice, shred or leave it whole - it's really tasty and tender!
