Quick, healthy lunch!

This recipe takes no longer than 10 minutes to whip up and is super easy to make! Plus, because we are making a bulk batch, you will have ready made meals for days.

Ingredients:

1kg extra lean beef mince

1 brown onion

750g pasta sauce

1 tsp basil

Salt and pepper to season

Method:

Chop onion into small pieces.

Place mince and onion into a large fry pan. Cook until they have browned.

Add pasta sauce and basil.

Stir through until the pasta sauce has soaked into the meat.

Season with salt and pepper.

**Serve with a salad or your favourite vegetables and place the rest into containers and pop them in the fridge. When you are ready to eat the refrigerated meals, simply pop them in the microwave and reheat. Enjoy!
